Here are some of my favorite tips to live by, what are yours?
1. Your moods affect the atmosphere–keep them positive.
2. Stop delaying the inevitable.
3. Let go of needing to control everything.
4. More self knowledge will not fix your problem.
5. Give up the unhealthy dependency on anyone else’s approval.
